    Frequently asked questions:

Can I freeze a cheese ball?

Yes, you can freeze a garlic cheese ball. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for up to a month. Let it thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.

How do I keep the cheese ball from being too soft?

We recommend using full-fat cream cheese in this recipe. Then, let it chill for at least an hour before rolling in toppings. If it's still too soft, add a bit more shredded cheese or refrigerate longer.
