🍳 How to make Sheet pan Pancakes Four Ways
Free up your stovetop by making pancakes in the oven! This simple recipe will get you started.
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a 10x15 inch (or similar) sheet pan with non-stick spray. Then, set aside.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined and set aside.
Step 3: In a large bowl, whisk together sugar with the wet ingredients (milk, eggs, vanilla, and cooled, melted butter).
Step 4: Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet, whisking to create your homemade pancake batter. Then, remove ¼ cup of the batter from the bowl and set aside for later.
Step 5: Carefully pour the remainder of the pancake batter into your prepared baking sheet and tap the sheet pan on the counter to even out the batter.
Step 6: To make your pancakes four ways, add blueberries as desired to ¼ of the sheet pan. Then to ¼ of the sheet sprinkle chocolate chips, as desired. Add banana slices to ¼ of the sheet pan and leave the fourth quarter alone for now.
Step 7: Using a small mixing bowl, add the ¼ cup of batter we set aside earlier and stir in the brown sugar and the cinnamon.
Step 8: Use this mixture to drizzle over the remaining ¼ of the sheet pan and use a butter knife to swirl it around that section.
Step 9: Bake pancakes for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown. Adjust baking time for your oven as needed.
Optional: Top the banana section with ⅔ cup melted peanut butter. Also, in a small bowl, mix together powdered sugar and milk, and drizzle over the cinnamon roll section.
Serve with syrup, bacon and eggs or a delicious breakfast hash.

📝 Frequently asked questions, answers and tips:
Yes! You can freeze these pancakes. Be sure to seal them in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze for up to 2 months. For even more freshness, wrap the pancakes in plastic wrap first before adding them to the freezer bag.
You can use parchment paper to line your baking sheet if you want to. Either way, you will want to be sure to spray the pan or the paper with cooking oil before adding the batter so it doesn't stick.
