📝 Frequently asked questions, answers and tips:

Can I freeze sheet pan pancakes?

Yes! You can freeze these pancakes. Be sure to seal them in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze for up to 2 months. For even more freshness, wrap the pancakes in plastic wrap first before adding them to the freezer bag.

Do I need to use parchment paper for sheet pan pancakes?

You can use parchment paper to line your baking sheet if you want to. Either way, you will want to be sure to spray the pan or the paper with cooking oil before adding the batter so it doesn't stick.

This easy sheet pan pancake recipe is such a fun way to enjoy a homemade breakfast or brunch. And leftovers are an easy win on busy weekdays.

Enjoy with your favorite toppings and have fun being creative in the kitchen!
