- Mix flour and baking soda in a medium mixing bowl. Set flour mixture aside.
- Using the bowl of a stand mixer or hand mixer, cream butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until well blended.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Add the dry ingredients, a little at a time, mixing on low speed until all ingredients are well blended.
