    Make-Ahead Tips:

    • Mash the avocado and store it with a squeeze of lime or lemon juice in the fridge for up to 1 day.
    • Scramble the eggs and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
    • Grate the cheese ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
    • Assemble the wrap (without grilling) and store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Grill just before serving.

    Storage Instructions:

    • Uncooked Wrap:
      • If you've assembled the wrap but haven't grilled it yet, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
      • Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
      • Grill just before serving.
    • Cooked Wrap:
      • If you've already grilled the wrap, let it cool completely.
      • Wrap it tightly in aluminum foil or place it in an airtight container.
      • Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
    • Freezing:
      • While it's best enjoyed fresh, you can freeze the cooked wrap for up to 1 month.
      • Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and then aluminum foil to prevent freezer burn.
      • Thaw in the fridge overnight and reheat in a skillet or oven to restore crispiness.

    Reheating Instructions

    • Skillet: Reheat in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side, or until warmed through and crispy.
    • Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the wrap on a baking sheet and heat for 5-10 minutes, or until warmed through.
    • Microwave:
      • For a Cooked Wrap:
        • Remove any foil or plastic wrap (if stored).
        • Place the wrap on a microwave-safe plate.
        • Cover it loosely with a damp paper towel to prevent the tortilla from drying out.
        • Microwave on high for 30-60 seconds, or until warmed through. Check halfway through to avoid overheating.
        • Let it sit for 15-20 seconds before serving, as the filling will be very hot.
      • For an Uncooked Wrap:
        • If you've assembled the wrap but haven't grilled it yet, it's best to grill it first (using a skillet or oven) for optimal texture.
        • Microwaving an uncooked wrap may result in a soggy tortilla.
