Jalapeno Popper Crescent Pinwheels

Easy jalapeno popper crescent rolls take about an hour to prepare, and we can assure you they will be worth the wait!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pkg crescent rolls
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz can of diced jalapeños
  • 1 tbsp. Granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, mix togher softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapenos, and sugar until well combined.
  • Roll out 1 roll of crescent dough, pinching seams together.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the dough.
  • Roll up dough into a log shape.
  • Repeat with second tube of crescent dough.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Use a sharp knife or floss to slice each roll of dough into 12 rounds.
  • Place rounds 2 inches apart on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
  • Serve warm or room temperature.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for 3-5 days. Reheat in the oven or air-fryer for best results.
