Buttery gooey breadsticks are golden brown on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Bake them in only six minutes in your air fryer for a quick side dish or appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 refrigerated pizza dough enough for one large pizza
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon Garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon Salt
  • ½ tablespoon Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Roll the dough out into a large rectangle.
  • Slice the dough into eight even pieces with a pizza cutter or knife. Twist each piece of dough four to five times.
  • Melt butter in a small heatproof bowl. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and parsley. Mix all spices with butter with a spoon. With a silicone brush, coat each breadstick with the butter mixture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees. Place dough in the air fryer basket leaving some room between sticks. Dough can be sliced smaller to fit in the air fryer if needed.
  • Cook dough in air fryer at 350 for 5-6 minutes or until breadsticks are golden brown.
  • Top with parmesan cheese if desired and enjoy with your favorite marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes

Most refrigerated pizza dough that makes a large pizza is between 11-13 ounces in weight. You can also use pizza dough from a packet, simply follow the instructions on the packet. This homemade pizza dough recipe is also delicious with these breadsticks.
