Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper diced
  • 3 to 4 celery stalks thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

FOR THE DRESSING

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground paprika

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl add cooked shrimp, cooked pasta, cucumber, red and yellow bell peppers, and celery. Add salad dressing and carefully toss to combine. Adjust salt and pepper to preference. 3 cups cooked pasta1 cucumber

Make Dressing

  • In medium mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pepper, and paprika. ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley; Serve and enjoy!
